Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All non custom orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Custom orders ship according to your proof option in the listing you ordered from under the drop down menu WOULD YOU LIKE A PROOF BEFORE I PRINT? THEY'RE UNLIMITED

If you choose YES, your order ships within 3-4 business days. To stay within this timeframe, you must check your email and respond asap!

If you choose NO, I will edit for quality and your order will ship in 1-2 business days

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Painting Hermit ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please message me right away with images of the damage at paintinghermit@gmail.com. For custom items, a replacement will be remade and sent if it has irrepairable damage that can't be done with a simple fix. Custom items do not get returned since they can not be resold.

International Shipping Policy

I currently do not ship outside the U.S.
