Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Painting Hermit ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please message me right away with images of the damage at paintinghermit@gmail.com. For custom items, a replacement will be remade and sent if it has irrepairable damage that can't be done with a simple fix. Custom items do not get returned since they can not be resold.

I currently do not ship outside the U.S.
