The diary features ten sheets of 100% Cotton 140lb Cold Pressed watercolor paper. Swatch grids and lines on the paper help you keep your notes organized. Each pad is spiral-bound with removable pages so that you can paint several sheets at one time or rearrange your sheets. Once dry, you can reinsert the pages in the diary, where they will stay protected by the glassine interleaving sheets. Each Travel sheet measures 6x8" from the spiral binding with a line for the color name or notes.

The top of each color chart has a line for writing the paint brand, date, your name, or an assignment title if it’s for a class. Each rectangle swatch box measures 1-3/16" x 1/2" with a bold black horizontal line inside. This deliberate line is there to show transparency or separate half-tones for each color.
